Upon sign-up, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to help me understand your current training, health, goals, preferences and lifestyle.
Training Program
Say goodbye to generic cookie-cutter workouts! Every month, I’ll design a training program that is based on your goals, strength and mobility.
Nutrition Plan
You can't out-train a poor diet! That's why I'll give you a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your goals, including precise caloric and macronutrient targets. I'll then support you in keeping a food journal and adjust your plan as needed.
KORE App
Access your training program and track your progress with the KORE app! Upload measurements, compare progress shots, track steps, view exercise demonstrations and sync with your wearable fitness devices.
Form Anaylsation
Perfect your form with hands-on coaching! Receive expert guidance on your technique to maximise the effectiveness of each exercise and prevent injury.
Support and Accountability
Support and accountability are essential to achieving any fitness goal. I'll conduct periodic assessments as well as provide continual encouragement and feedback to keep you motivated, track your progress, and celebrate your achievements to boost your confidence. Through open communication and regular check-ins, I'll ensure you feel supported and understood, making adjustments as needed. Together, we'll set clear expectations to help you stay on track, leading to sustained success and improved health.
