Terms and Conditions

Welcome KORE MOVEMENT. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.

By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Personal Training Services

    • We provide personalised fitness training services tailored to your individual needs and goals.

    • Training sessions are scheduled based on availability and agreement between you and your trainer.

    • Sessions may include physical exercises, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle recommendations as deemed appropriate by your trainer.
       

  2. Health and Safety

    • Prior to commencing training, you are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or other limitations that may affect your ability to participate in physical activities.

    • You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by your trainer during sessions to prevent injury.

    • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if your health or safety is at risk.
       

  3. Payment and Fees

    • Payment terms are outlined in the agreement between you and KORE MOVEMENT.

    • Fees for services are paid in advance. The exact date of the debit may vary depending on your financial institution and start date. We reserve the right to rebill missed payments at any time.

    • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
       

  4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions.

    • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a session fee being charged.
       

  5. Late Arrival

    • Training sessions will commence at the scheduled start time. Any time lost due to late arrival will not be extended or compensated at the end of the session.
       

  6. Physical Contact

    • Personal training sessions may require a degree of physical contact between the trainer and the client. This is primarily to provide coaching assistance and ensure proper technique in performing exercises.
       

  7. Results

    • Results will vary among clients due to factors such as body type, nutrition, and individual commitment. While KORE MOVEMENT will provide the necessary tools and support you to achieve your goals, your dedication will ultimately determine your success. Please note that results are not guaranteed.
       

  8. Suspending Agreement

    • You may place your agreement on hold by providing notice at least 72 hours prior to the billing date. Suspensions are for a predetermined time period only, and any charges incurred after this period will not be refunded. During the suspension, you will retain access to the app, but not to your training program or weekly check-ins.
       

  9. Cancelling Agreement

    • Membership operates on a no lock-in contract basis. All cancellations require the submission of a Cancellation Form, which will be provided upon request. A minimum notice period of 2 weeks is required to allow for administrative processing.

       

  10. Confidentiality

    • All personal information and training progress will be maintained in strict confidence, except where disclosure is required by law or authorised by the client.
       

  11. Code of Conduct

    • Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all training sessions.

    • Inappropriate behaviour or any form of harassment towards trainers or other clients is strictly prohibited.

    • Violation of this code of conduct may result in termination of the training agreement without a refund.
       

  12. Termination of Agreement

    • Harassment and Misconduct: Harassment or misconduct towards trainers or other clients will not be tolerated. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, abusive, or harmful may result in the immediate termination of the training agreement. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions or fees paid in advance.

    • Prolonged Failure to Make Payments: Prolonged failure to make timely payments as per the agreed schedule may result in the termination of the training agreement.

    • Violation of Policies: Any breach of the agreed-upon policies and terms of service can be grounds for termination.

    • Misrepresentation of Information: Providing false or misleading information about health, fitness level, or other relevant factors may result in the termination of the agreement.
       

  13. Liability

    • We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of training sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
       

  14. Amendments

    • These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website.
       

  15. Advice Disclaimer

    • Any advice provided during training sessions, including but not limited to physical exercises, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations, is not medical advice.

    • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

    • We are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the application of advice given during training sessions.
       

  16. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the applicable laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
