I’m Shane Millward, founder and head coach at KORE MOVEMENT.

 

My mission is to make exercise and nutrition simple and accessible so that anybody can build strength, move better and feel great!

As a new dad, I know how busy life can be. That's why I developed a simple, holistic approach to help people achieve their goals while spending more time enjoying life!
